Escape is a friendly, cosy studio set up for yoga in Matlock, Derbyshire. We have a large studio space and comfy kitchen/seating area available to hire for yoga and fitness classes, parties and much more.

We run classes in Yoga for Adults and Children with classes from a number of different local teachers.  We also specialise in Pregnancy and Post- natal Yoga using the birthlight method  Other classes and groups include Pole Fitness  and other Fitness classes and Matlock Aikido Club. During the school holidays we run a number of Holiday Kids Activities The studio is available as a Space to Hire for your own activities including; classes, parties or anything else. Why not get in touch - we have lots of weekend and weekday slots available.

Every couple of months the studio is transformed into Escape Comedy Club. We bring in three professional comedians to entertain you in this unique intimate atmosphere with the addition of a licensed bar- you will be "doubled up with laughter".
