The hatha yoga classes involve a variety of yoga stretches to strengthen, tone and flex the body, as well as
breathing techniques to deepen and control the breath and relaxation methods to ease the body and calm the mind.
Suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
Tuesdays 9:30am - 10:30am (with crèche)
Tuesdays 5:45pm - 6:45pm
Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Wednesdays 7:45pm - 8:45pm
Thursdays 5:30pm - 7:00pm
Fridays 9:30am - 10:30am (with crèche)

These classes are suitable for men of all fitness levels and are an excellent compliment to activities such as climbing,
cycling, running, weight lifting and martial arts. Muscles are stretched and then relaxed to create
efficient, supple, healthy and powerful bodies. These classes were created to provide an atmosphere in which
men can exercise and relax without feeling like the odd one out which is often the case in mixed classes.
Please note that the other classes are mixed and men are very welcome in those classes too!
