This workshop will work on the whole deep core line, not just the abdominals. Working on increasing core strength and enhancing core stability. This is a great workshop for anyone and especially those who run, climb, practice karate, or dance. The Workshop will take place from 10-12 on Saturday 25th May. Please contact Wendy at Wild Yogi

Starting in May Dena Bembridge will be starting a new lunchtime Pilates class at Escape. Dena will run an hour providing a short warm up, mat based exercises mainly focusing on core strength but also a whole body workout, followed with stretches & relaxation.
The results are toned stretched muscles, a strong core, improved posture and healthy joints.
Snap Dragon Tai Chi will be starting new classes at Escape after Easter 2013 suitable for children over 5 the classes teach a blend of T’ai Chi, Kung Fu and Street Smart Self Defense in a really friendly and family atmosphere with over 40 students regularly attending the classes. Parents are welcome to stop and join in if they wish or just watch or leave your child/children and collect at the end of the session.
Saturday classes will start on 20th April and take place at 12.15-1.15
Wednesday classes will start on 24th April and run from 6-7pm
