Sun Power Yoga is an eclectic mix of three traditional styles:
Dynamic Hatha - for alignment
Sivananda - for subtle mind and breath work
Ashtanga - for heat, flexibility, strength and stamina.
It is a dance-like moving form which tests the body and mind as it gradually works up to more difficult postures with the sun salutation as its frame.
