
The hatha yoga classes involve a variety of yoga stretches to strengthen, tone and flex the body, as well as breathing techniques to deepen and control the breath and relaxation methods to ease the body and calm the mind. Suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

All classes (except for Russell's Tuesday Class and Sharon's Thursday class) are £5.50 if you pay as you go or £25 for a block of 5 classes or £45 for a block of 10 classes.
Sharon and Russell's calsses are longer and cost £7 for pay as you go (Sharon charges £33 for a six week term- Please note that Sharon only teaches during term time.) Russels classes can be bought in blocks or 5 (to be taken in 6 weeks) for £32.50 or 10 (to be taken in 12 weeks) for £60.
