Mostly Men

Aimed mostly at men (but women are welcome too) this 1.5 hour class uses Hatha yoga to challenge and release yourself. The classes consist of medium paced dynamic sequences with opportunity to work individually or with others to refine poses and work on key areas. Useful for runners, climbers and other active people to work through stiffness and strengthen the whole body. 

Tuesdays 8.15pm - 9.45 for all levels
