Yoga with a Bounce with Sharon Price.

Sunday 12th May 2013 Adapting yoga to the ball provides a unique mind and body training experience, only made possible by bringing together the balancing qualities of the ball with the postures and focus of yoga.

Let’s put a spring back into our step and our practice, this will be fun workshop but intense mental focus will add a further dimension to your personal development.
